I have a dream by Martin Luther King

In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King gave his famous speech. One often quoted line is, "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."
44 years later, are we any closer to this reality?
